Housing to Wholeness

We identify, coach and advocate for Room & Boards, Temporary, and Scattered  Housing Facilities. Assisting these facilities to provide services, that are client-centered and culturally competent for people experiencing homelessness. Programs and services that reflect their clients lived experiences, including their racial/ethnic identities, gender and sexual orientation, disabilities, cultures, languages, histories, and values. Programs and services that are equitable and inclusive, welcoming and non-judgmental. Programs that involve people with lived experience in all aspects of service delivery.  Involvement that is meaningful, and can be include with program design and delivery, oversight, planning, and other central roles.

We believe the perspectives of people who have experienced homelessness can help to ensure that services are truly responsive to client’s needs.
